About The Role
As one of our lead technicians, you'll diagnose and repair a wide variety of Asian and Domestic vehicles while working closely with our Service Advisor to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair Asian, Domestic vehicles
Perform advanced diagnostics, including drivability, electrical, suspension, steering, engine, brake, and HVAC systems.
Perform routine maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
Complete accurate digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) and document findings clearly.
Use diagnostic equipment, service information, and shop tools to efficiently identify and repair vehicle concerns.
Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status with the Service Advisor.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Stay current with evolving automotive technology and repair procedures.
Requirements
5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to solve complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Experience working on Asian and Domestic vehicles.
Experience using modern diagnostic equipment, including an oscilloscope.
ASE Certifications are preferred (or willingness to obtain them).
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Own professional tools.
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Pride in producing quality work and fixing vehicles right the first time.
