Who We're Looking For:
✔ ASE Certified (or willing to get certified in a short timeframe)
✔ 10+ Years of Experience as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic
✔ Strong Diagnostic & Repair Skills in:
✔ Ability to Work With Service Writers
✔ Knowledge of Health & Safety Compliance
✔ Valid Driver’s LicenseResponsibilities
✔ Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues, including engine, suspension, steering, brakes, transmission, and A/C systems.
✔ Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, fluid flushes, brake replacements, and tire rotations.
✔ Use advanced diagnostic tools (Snap-On Zeus, Autel Maxisys Ultra EV, etc.) to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues.
✔ Conduct digital inspections using shop software to ensure detailed and accurate reporting.
✔ Communicate effectively with service writers to provide clear recommendations and estimates for repairs.
✔ Ensure safety and compliance with industry standards and shop protocols.
✔ Maintain a clean and organized workspace while handling tools and equipment responsibly.
✔ Stay up to date with training – We provide ongoing paid training and certification opportunities.
✔ Uphold professionalism and teamwork while contributing to a positive shop culture.
