We are looking for an EXPERIENCED technician that wants to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.

We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama.

We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.

Our Tampa Bay based location has been around for 24 yrs continued growth. We have doubled our sales for the last three years and added more lifts. We currently see approximately 250 cars per month with the goal to grow this location to about 400 cars per month.

Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our A level technicians usually start at $100k per year. Most are making over $115k+ per year.
