Automotive Technician - M-F, $120k PLUS Potential, A+ Culture

Workplace:

-5-day work week (Monday Thru Friday! We are closed weekends!!!)

-Flat Rate up to $35-60/hr (plus an additional up to $10/hr performance based bonus plan)

-First two weeks 30 Hours/week Guarantee while you get acclimated with our systems
-$1 per hour flagged for the year Annual Bonus paid before the Holidays
-Service Advisors who can sell your work!

Finesse Auto has been in business since 2014, with an 8 Bay (All Makes/Models) Service Facility

We are looking for technicians who want to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time.

We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama.

We know what it's like to feel unappreciated as a great technician. We know how it feels to not have your voice heard and to work with broken or no shop tools. We strive to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wants to work at.

Tech Pay Structure: Flat Rate
Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our technicians usually start at $70k per year. Some are making over $120k per year.
