Automotive Technician / Mechanic – B-Tech Preferred; Will Train the Right Candidate
We are a well-established, independent automotive repair and collision shop seeking a dependable technician to join our team. Both departments are located in the same facility.
Our mechanical repair department specializes in European vehicles, including Audi, Volkswagen, BMW, MINI, Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Land Rover, and Porsche. Our collision department works on all makes and models, including European, Asian, and domestic vehicles.
This position includes general mechanical work for our repair department, as well as accident-related repairs for the collision department, including suspension, steering, brakes, cooling systems, and other mechanical damage.
A B-Level Technician is preferred, but we are also open to applicants with less experience who are mechanically inclined, willing to learn, and serious about building a long-term career in the automotive industry.
Qualifications:
- Automotive repair experience preferred but not required
- European vehicle experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, and general repairs
- Willingness to learn diagnostics and accident-related mechanical repairs
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic tools are preferred
- Alignment experience is a plus
- Automotive school training or ASE certification is a plus but not required
