Battle Born Offroad is looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Las Vegas, Nevada.

We are a locally owned, family-oriented small business specializing in lifted trucks, long travel suspension, wheel and tire packages, beadlock installation, welding, and high-quality offroad builds. If you take pride in your work, enjoy aftermarket installs, and want a steady weekday schedule, this could be a great fit.

This is a full-time hourly position. This is not a flag rate or flat-rate position.

Schedule

Monday through Friday
9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
30-minute lunch
No weekends
Pay & Benefits

Up to $35 per hour, based on experience

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a technician who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and wants to grow with our team. The right person will have a strong work ethic, a good attitude, and the ability to perform clean, quality work on customer vehicles.

Requirements

Alignment experience

Experience with lifted trucks, long travel suspension, and aftermarket suspension
Wheel and tire mounting and balancing experience
Beadlock installation experience
Aftermarket suspension and parts installation experience
Basic repair work and fluid changes
Welding experience
Own tools
Clean driving record
Quality-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
Good attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred Experience

Previous offroad shop experience

Experience using Hunter alignment equipment
Repair and diagnostic experience across multiple vehicle manufacturers
Fabrication experience
12V wiring experience, including lights, audio, and accessories
