CAE Motorsport is looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our small team in Twinsburg. We offer hourly pay, weekends off, and the opportunity to work on Porsche, BMW, and other European sports cars.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- $30.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. This is hourly pay, not flat rate.
- Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

- Specialty tools provided; technicians supply their own personal tools.

CAE Motorsport is connected to a specialty exotic and sports car dealership with over 15 years in business. We sell and service Porsche, BMW, and other European vehicles, with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Porsche, BMW, and other European vehicles.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Complete performance upgrades and system calibrations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Check completed work to ensure quality.
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Minimum 3 years of professional automotive technician experience.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a small team.
- Porsche and BMW experience strongly preferred.
- ASE certifications or equivalent factory training preferred, but not required.
- Your own personal tools.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
