What You'll Do
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work on customer vehicles
- Complete routine service and major repairs
- Communicate repair needs and parts requirements through repair orders
- Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts Department personnel
- Maintain current product knowledge and technical certifications
- Adhere to manufacturer and dealership quality standards
✔ Ford/Lincoln Certifications Highly Preferred
✔ 3+ Years of Dealership or Large Facility Experience
✔ Strong Skills in Engine, Transmission, Electrical, A/C, and General Vehicle Repairs
✔ Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record
✔ High School Diploma or Equivalent
✔ Commitment to Quality Workmanship and Customer Satisfaction
