Automotive Technician/Mechanic 65K to 80K

The technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain cars and light-duty trucks to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently. COMPENSATION:
$65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
· Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on cars and light-duty trucks
· Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and safety issues
· Repair or replace parts such as brakes, engines, transmissions, steering, suspension, and exhaust systems
· Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
· Use diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot vehicle problems
· Test drive vehicles to confirm repairs and proper operation
· Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation
· Communicate with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and timelines
· Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures
Requirements
· High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred)
· Automotive repair experience (5+ years preferred)
· Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic systems and repair tools
· Ability to work on a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles
· Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
· ASE certification is a plus
· Must have own tools
