Established Automotive Shop (15 Years in Business)
Location: Virginia Beach, VA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No Weekends!
Position Type: Full-time

Compensation & Benefits
Flat Rate Pay Structure:
Master Technicians: Starting at $40.00 / hour
C-Level Technicians: Starting at $20.00 / hour
Work-Life Balance: No weekends and all major holidays off.
Paid Time Off: Vacation pay and sick pay unlocked after one year of service.
Core Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and complex mechanical repairs.
Maintain accurate documentation of vehicle diagnoses and completed services.
Ensure shop safety protocols and cleanliness standards are met daily.
Requirements
Must be an experienced automotive mechanic.
Valid Virginia State Inspector license a plus.
Possess your own set of tools appropriate for your technician level.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
