Enough Work to Turn Hours

A great pay rate doesn't matter if your bays are empty.

We average approximately 100 vehicles per week. Our technicians typically bill 40–65 hours per week, with our top producers consistently in the 50–65 range.

Pay is $40–$50/hour based on experience and ability, plus $3–$5/hour for hitting production goals — giving experienced, productive technicians $120K+ earning potential.

You'll have service advisors who know how to sell the work you find and systems designed to keep vehicles moving.

Occasionally, a slow week happens for reasons outside a technician's control.

When you're showing up, doing your part and taking care of our customers, we're going to take care of you. We don't believe a good technician should take the financial hit for something outside their control.

Technicians have input on labor time and a hand in selecting the parts used for repairs. You'll also have access to an extensive collection of shop-owned specialty tools.

PTO is 10 days during years 1–2 and 15 days beginning in year 3.

An experienced technician who can diagnose vehicles, make sound repair decisions, work efficiently without sacrificing quality, and take pride in fixing vehicles correctly.

A current Virginia State Inspection license is required.
