Key Responsibilities

Diagnostic & Troubleshooting:
Accurately diagnose malfunctions in automatic, manual, and CVT transmission systems across Domestic, European, and Asian vehicles.
Teardown & Inspection: Remove transmission units from vehicles and completely disassemble them. Clean, inspect, and evaluate all internal parts (gears, clutches, valves, bands, and seals) to pinpoint the root cause of failure.
Rebuilding & Assembly: Rebuild transmissions strictly to factory or manufacturer specifications. Replace worn or broken components, install complete overhaul kits, and carefully adjust internal clearances.
Collaboration & Communication: Clearly explain technical diagnoses, required parts, and repair solutions to service advisors and shop management.
Shop Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Properly manage diagnostic tools, inventory, and supply levels required for rebuild units.
