Automotive Window Tint Technician

Job Duties:

Install Film: Measure, plot, cut, and apply window tint precisely to automotive or flat glass surfaces.

Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure a clean, flawless, bubble-free finish.

Shop Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to cutting, cleaning, and avoiding dust or imperfections. High attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination.

Comfortable working in an active, fast paced shop environment.

Communication Skills: Friendly, clear, professional demeanor when dealing with customers and team members. Must be willing to work as a team.

Experience: Previous tinting experience at least 3 years in a professional setting. Knowledge of current software as well as handcutting. Valid Drivers License is required. Must be punctual with reliable transportation.

Potential Earnings $1,500-$2,000 per week.

Vacation & Sick Leave after 90 days

Schedule: 5 days per week.

Hiring Bonus: Based on experience.
