DUTIES

Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, straight-razor shaves, and personalized grooming consultations tailored to each client’s preferences.
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning and sanitizing tools such as scissors, clippers, razors, and brushes in accordance with health regulations
Use our studio software system FULL CAP to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
Engage with clients through clear communication and consultation to understand their grooming needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Upsell retail products such as our SALERM BARBER LINE hair care items which include hair styling and beard products to maximize sales opportunities.
Help Team members by sharing techniques in cutting, fading, and straight-razor work to support a collaborative shop environment

SKILLS

Proven experience as a barber with strong skills in fades, classic and modern haircuts, and straight-razor shaving. We are also willing to train the right barber with strong work ethic.
Knowledge of barbershop software platforms or be willing to learn specifically FULL CAP Ai, for appointment booking and client management.
Expertise in sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
Familiarity with retail sales strategies including upselling to increase revenue.
Strong communication skills for effective client consultations and team collaboration.
Certification or license in barbering as required by the state of Pennsylvania; additional experience with men’s grooming products and shop operations is a plus.
