Troublemaker Barbershop is where bold styles meet sharp technique. We’re looking for a skilled, dependable barber who can deliver clean fades, classic cuts, and modern looks—while keeping the shop vibe friendly, loud (in a good way), and welcoming.

What You’ll Do

Provide quality barber services**
Haircuts (classic, scissor, fade, taper, skin fade)
Beard trims, lineups, and hot towel service (if applicable)
Straight razor/edge work (if applicable)
Shampoo/neck cleanup and finishing details
Build client relationships**
Consult clients to understand style goals
Recommend products and aftercare
Maintain a positive, respectful in-shop experience
Keep the shop running smoothly**
Sanitize tools and follow cleanliness standards
Maintain a tidy workstation
Assist with shop readiness and basic upkeep

What We’re Looking For

Licensed barber** (required)
Experience**: [1+ years / 3+ years / New grads
Skills**
Strong scissor and clipper technique
Ability to execute consistent fades and lineups
Attention to detail and clean finishing
Customer style**
Friendly, professional, and confident communication
Tools + mindset**
You take pride in your work
You work well with a team and respect shop rules
