Bath Installer - 1099 Contractor

At American Standard we’re seeking experienced 1099 Subcontractors to join our growing network of walk-in tub and shower installers. You don’t do any marketing or sales, we provide the jobs and you provide your craftsmanship and expertise.

Typical installs pay $1,600–$2,600 per job + adders & overtures
Pre-sold jobs provided; no marketing or sales required
Bi-weekly payments + compensation for overruns

Steady Workflow

RESPONSIBILITIES

Full install of walk-in tubs and shower systems from material transport and demolition to installation and final cleanup
Handle plumbing, electrical, and finish work
Provide 5-star customer service on every job

REQUIREMENTS

Pro-level experience in bath remodeling and plumbing
•Own tools and reliable truck/van
EPA Certification
General Liability Insurance
General Building Contractor License (REQUIRED)
