Bath Tub & Tile Resurfacing Technician Wanted

CFE Services has proudly serving Colorado Springs and surrounding areas for nearly 5 years. We take immense pride in providing high-quality resurfacing for old, worn-out bathtubs and counter tops in both multi-family and single-family residences. as a fast-growing local business, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team and grow with us.

No Experience necessary - paint prep experience is welcomed (tape/paper gun)(spray gun)

JOB DUTIES - include but not limited to the following
-Keep tool/prep bag stocked with necessary job supplies. safely carry tools/supplies to job site.

• Coordinate access (managing keys, opening/locking properties)
• Evaluate each scheduled job to map out clear plan of attack (POA)
• Thoroughly clean items to ensure top-tier quality Resurface. scraping and sanding by hand or with machine and caulking/skimming necessary joints or voids
• Tape each scheduled item in a clean professional and efficient manner. straight lines and securely tacked.
• Carefully inspect cleaning and tape work for any errors or missed imperfections before resurface, ensures quality resurface.
• Install proper ventilation tools/machines and ensure precise turbine placement.
• (DOE) mixing correct color to precise instruction for scheduled job
• (DOE) spray correct color on scheduled item(s) in professional manner ensuring correct amout of material is applied and a flawless finish with zero runs, drips, hairs, imperfections.
• Remove 100% or all tape, paper, plastic used.
• Wipe down and clean up any dust or over spray caused by scheduled job.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
• Ability to walk 6,000 - 12,000 steps daily
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel for extended periods of time
• Comfortable working in active dusty "dirty work" environments, typical or residential resurface and construction environments
• Comfortable driving to multiple job sites each day - (Colorado Springs, Castle rock, S. Denver)
• **Must possess a valid Drivers License and Social Security card (copies or both are required upon hire)
• ** Must possess reliable transportation ***

Expectations

• Attentions to Detail: focus on catching "ALL" the small things to ensure extraordinary finish.
• Communication: clear English (speak ,read, write) communication to relay updates or questions on scheduled job(s)
• BI-Lingual is a plus (Spanish)
• Coachability: motivated self starter who follows instructions proactively asks questions and understands constructive criticism.
