Bathroom Installation Crews Needed – Columbia, SC

Joyce Factory Direct is seeking experienced, insured subcontractor crews for residential bathroom remodeling projects in the Columbia area.

Compensation includes:

• $1,400+ per standard bathroom installation
• Additional pay for approved upgrades and add-ons
• Direct deposit upon job completion

Projects are measured, sold, and scheduled before being assigned. Materials are staged and ready for pickup, and crews receive support from our production and scheduling teams.

Requirements:

• Established bathroom remodeling crew
• Experience with tub-to-shower conversions, shower replacements, and bathroom remodeling
• Own truck, trailer, tools, and installation equipment
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Strong workmanship and customer-service standards
• Ability to maintain a clean, professional jobsite

Experience with acrylic or composite shower systems, plumbing fixtures, finish carpentry, and trim work is preferred.
