Bathroom installers needed asap

We are currently seeking skilled and motivated sub-contractors to join our team in the Columbia, SC and Thomasville, NC areas. Minimum 2 years' experience required.

Responsibilities:

Install a wide range of bathroom remodels, including bathtubs, showers, toilets, sinks, vanities, flooring, and other accessories.
Measure and prepare installation areas, ensuring accurate dimensions and proper leveling.
Perform plumbing and carpentry work as required for efficient and effective installations.
Collaborate with other team members, such as designers and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
Follow safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
Uphold the company's commitment to quality and customer care, ensuring all installations meet or exceed our standards.

Requirements:

Proficiency in using hand and power tools required for bathroom installations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges during installations.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality workmanship.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel to job sites. Truck, trailer, or van needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in relevant fields is a plus.
