Rad Pad Properties LLC is a growing general contracting company specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We are looking for skilled tradesmen / lead remodeler with solid experience, strong attention to detail, and pride in quality workmanship.

We work on both standard and high-end residential properties and are looking for someone who can produce clean, professional results and work efficiently.

Ideal Candidate
-Strong experience in bathroom and kitchen remodeling
-Must be good with tile work
-Experience with shower pan installation
-Experience installing new shower valves
-Carpentry / finish work skills
-Cabinet installation experience
-Able to complete a bathroom remodel independently or with minimal supervision
-Takes pride in quality and attention to detail

Requirements
-Minimum 5 years of direct remodeling experience
-Own hand tools
-Reliable work vehicle
-Positive attitude and works well with others
-No felony convictions (background check required)
