Bathroom Remodeling Installer – Acrylic Systems (Mon–Fri, 8–5)

We are a growing bathroom remodeling company partnered with Home Depot and looking for an experienced installer for tub/shower conversions and full bathroom remodels. We install acrylic, quartz, and porcelain wall systems and have consistent, year-round work available.

Compensation

• 10% commission per standard install (only bathtub or shower) - Average job is $16,000
• 10.5% commission after 1 year
• 16% commission for full bathroom remodels
• $100 bonus for each 5-star Google review mentioning your install
• Jobs more than 1 hour 15 minutes away include an additional daily travel stipend (typically $150 depending on distance)

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Preferred Experience
Experience installing acrylic, quartz, or porcelain wall systems. Especially interested in installers who have worked with:

• Bath Planet
• DaBella
• Bath Fitter
• Re-Bath
• Jacuzzi
• Miller
• Pacific Bath

(or similar competitors)

Territory: Longview, WA through Portland, OR

Requirements

• Experience with bathroom remodeling installations
• Ability to complete installs independently or with helper
• Own tools
• Must have your own box truck, van or truck with trailer
• Clean, detail-oriented finish work
