Entry-Level Field Service Technician – Boston to Providence Corridor (I-95 Corridor)

Responsibilities:

Repair, Maintain, and Install commercial equipment, including frozen beverage machines, fountain soda dispensers, coffee brewers, espresso machines, refrigerated equipment, ice makers, and other food service equipment.
Provide superior customer service at every job site.
Manage parts inventory and take ownership of daily upkeep, maintenance, and cleanliness of your assigned service vehicle.
Follow company procedures for processing digital work tickets, warranty claims, and ordering parts.
Safely drive the company vehicle throughout the day and work independently.

What we need from you:

Driver’s License with a Good Driving Record: Must pass a DMV background check to be insured on our fleet policy (strictly required).
Mechanically Inclined: Knowledge and comfort using basic hand and power tools.
Must Have Own Basic Tools: (Specialty tools provided by Liquid Ice).
Physical Capability: Able to handle frequent heavy lifting, twisting, and bending. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 50 lbs independently and consistently, climb ladders, and work in small spaces.
Tech-Literate: Proficient in using a smartphone/tablet for email, search engines, and processing tickets.
Availability: Ready and eager to work your weekly schedule, plus availability for our rotating weekend on-call requirements (1 weekend per month and 2–6 holidays per year) for emergency service.
Reliability: A strong work ethic and solution-oriented mindset when helping our customers.
