Big O Tires Sacramento Midtown is growing! We are looking for motivated, dependable automotive professionals to join our team. We are hiring a Tire/Lube Technician and a B-Level R&R Technician who take pride in quality workmanship, customer service, and being part of a professional automotive repair team.

Tire/Lube Technician Responsibilities

Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, flat repairs, and tire inspections

Perform oil changes, lubrication services, and basic maintenance services

Inspect vehicles and communicate recommended services to the service team

Properly torque wheels to manufacturer specifications

Check and adjust tire pressures, reset TPMS systems when needed

Perform vehicle inspections using digital inspection tools

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

B-Level R&R Technician Responsibilities

Perform intermediate automotive repairs and component replacements

Diagnose and repair suspension, steering, brake, and drivetrain-related concerns

Perform component removal and replacement (R&R) procedures

Complete quality repairs according to manufacturer specifications

Assist with alignments, tire services, and general repair operations

Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly

Follow shop safety procedures and maintain professional standards

Qualifications

Previous automotive repair experience required!

Tire, lube, and general service experience required for entry-level technician position

B-Level Technician should have experience with suspension, brakes, steering, and mechanical repairs

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment

Valid driver’s license required

ASE certifications are a plus but not required
