We’re looking for someone who knows their way around heavy-duty diesel equipment and can keep jobs moving. This isn’t just turning wrenches – it’s about running repairs, coordinating service, and keeping customers and equipment on track.
What You’ll Do:

• Manage repairs for fire trucks and specialty equipment
• Write up jobs, diagnose issues, and provide estimates
• Act as the main point of contact for customers’ approvals, updates, and timelines
• Coordinate with vendors, dealers, and mobile repairs.
• Manage shop workflow, scheduling, and job prioritization
• Source parts, control costs, and keep jobs profitable
• Minimize downtime and keep equipment road-ready
• Ensure DOT compliance and preventive maintenance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with heavy-duty trucks, fleet maintenance, & equipment repair
• Service writer, shop manager, or fleet coordinator background preferred

MUST HAVE FULLBAY SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE

• Strong industry network (dealers, repair shops)
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple jobs at once
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points:

• Experience with fire apparatus or specialty equipment
• Existing customer relationships - you can hit the ground running
