Mechanic Northwest, sister shop to Easy Street Auto Repair, is looking for an experienced, motivated Bilingual Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team.

We operate three busy independent automotive repair locations in Federal Way, Tacoma, and Puyallup, and we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the automotive repair process, and wants an opportunity to grow with a company that is continuing to expand.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

Is bilingual in English and Spanish

Has automotive service advisor, service writer, parts, sales, or customer service experience
Is comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
Can explain vehicle repairs and maintenance recommendations in a clear and professional way
Is comfortable presenting estimates and asking for the sale
Can manage multiple customers and repair orders at the same time
Is organized and able to follow established shop systems and processes
Is dependable and understands the importance of showing up for the team
Is willing to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule
Has flexibility to occasionally work at our Tacoma, or Puyallup locations
Wants to learn, improve, and build a long-term career in the automotive industry
About the Position

Our Service Advisors are an important connection between our customers and our technicians.

You will be responsible for helping customers understand what their vehicle needs, communicating technician findings, preparing and presenting estimates, keeping customers updated throughout the repair process, and helping make sure every customer receives excellent service.

We believe in being thorough, transparent, and professional. Our goal is not simply to repair cars — it is to help our customers protect their investment and keep their vehicles safe and dependable.

Weekend Availability

We are expanding our availability to better serve our customers, including weekend operations.

This position requires schedule flexibility. We are especially interested in candidates who are comfortable working Saturdays and/or Sundays as part of a rotating schedule.

This is not necessarily a Monday-Friday position.

Mechanic Northwest – Federal Way

Easy Street Auto Repair – Tacoma
Easy Street Auto Repair – Puyallup

Your primary location will be Mechanic Northwest in Federal Way, but we would love to find someone who is willing and able to occasionally assist at our other locations when needed.

For the right person, this creates additional opportunity for hours, training, advancement, and leadership development.

Follow the shop's inspection and sales process

We provide training, but we are looking for someone who brings a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to be coached.

Automotive Experience

Automotive service advisor experience is preferred, but we are also willing to consider a strong bilingual candidate with experience in:

Automotive parts

Dealership service departments
Tire shops
Automotive sales
Customer service
Hospitality
Retail management
High-volume sales environments
