Bilingual (English/Spanish) Remodeling Laborer - Drywall, Painting,Ect

Bilingual Remodeling Laborer (English/Spanish) – $20/hour

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking remodeling laborer to join our team. This position will work side-by-side with an experienced contractor on residential home renovation projects.

Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour

Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099) – No taxes will be withheld.

Responsibilities

Drywall installation and repair
Interior and exterior painting
Basic framing
Tile installation and repair
Demolition and job site preparation
Finish work and punch-list items
General home remodeling and construction tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Requirements
Must speak both English and Spanish
Experience with drywall, painting, framing, tile work, or general remodeling
Reliable transportation to job sites
Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team
Must have your own basic hand tools (preferred but not required)
