Bilingual Female Pool Area Spotter Needed ASAP! Lots of Hours. Steady

We are currently looking for a reliable Bilingual Female Pool Area Spotter to work at an active construction site. This position is responsible for monitoring and protecting the pool area to ensure it remains clean, safe, and secure during ongoing construction work.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain a clear perimeter around the pool area
• Prevent unauthorized people from entering or exiting the pool area
• Ensure no trash or debris is thrown into the pool
• Watch for falling debris or materials that could enter the pool
• Communicate with site personnel to maintain a safe and controlled environment
• Keep the area organized and report any issues to the site supervisor

Requirements:

• Female candidate required
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – must be able to speak and write English
• Must have experience working in the construction industry
• Must be comfortable standing for 8–10 hours
• Reliable and punctual
• Must follow all site safety rules
• Must have an OSHA 10 or OSHA 30

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 8–10 hour shifts
• Some weekend work may be required
