JOB DESCRIPTION

Action Labor is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated Bilingual Construction Labor Supervisor to lead and supervise a crew of construction laborers responsible for maintaining productivity, cleanliness, organization, and safety on a large commercial construction jobsite in the greater Palm Beach County area.

The ideal candidate must have previous construction labor supervisor/foreman experience, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to effectively manage a team of laborers to ensure that all assigned cleanup duties are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Spanish speaking is required.

This is a hands-on working supervisor/foreman position that requires someone who can lead by example, communicate effectively with site supervisors, coordinate daily work assignments, and maintain high productivity standards.

The Bilingual Labor Supervisor will report directly to the site's Labor Supervisor/Superintendent and must be able to follow instructions, anticipate jobsite needs, and ensure that the unskilled/cleanup crews and skilled/construction crews remain productive throughout the workday.

Crew Leadership & Supervision:

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of construction (unskilled/semi-skilled and skilled) laborers responsible for maintaining large commercial construction sites throughout Palm Beach County.
Assign daily tasks and ensure that all workers understand their responsibilities.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, performance, and productivity.
Schedule and coordinate labor crews based on daily jobsite requirements.
Provide hands-on training and direction to crew members when necessary.
Maintain accountability among crew members and address performance issues promptly.
Lead by example and assist with physical labor and cleanup duties when needed.
Construction Site Cleanup & Maintenance:

Oversee daily cleanup operations throughout a large commercial construction project.
Ensure that work areas, walkways, access points, and common areas remain clean, organized, and free of unnecessary debris.
Coordinate the collection, removal, and proper disposal of construction debris and waste materials.
Direct laborers in sweeping, shoveling, moving materials, loading dumpsters, and performing general construction cleanup.
Ensure that tools, materials, and equipment are properly stored and organized.
Monitor jobsite conditions and identify areas requiring additional cleanup or labor support.
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional construction environment.
Jobsite Coordination & Communication:

Follow instructions and daily priorities established by the site's Labor Supervisor.
Communicate regularly with site supervisors, project managers, and other construction personnel.
Coordinate daily labor assignments to meet project schedules and deadlines.
Read and understand construction drawings to identify work areas, project phases, and cleanup requirements.
Adjust crew assignments as construction activities and jobsite priorities change.
Report labor shortages, attendance issues, safety concerns, and operational problems to management.
Provide updates on work progress and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.
Safety & Productivity:

Enforce jobsite safety procedures and company policies.

Ensure all workers wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Identify and report unsafe working conditions.
Maintain clear walkways, access routes, and work areas.
Monitor crew productivity and ensure labor hours are used efficiently.
Promote teamwork, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
Ensure the crew maintains a consistent standard of cleanliness and quality throughout the construction project.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

CONSTRUCTION LABOR FOREMAN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Minimum 2+ years of construction experience, preferably on large commercial construction projects.
Previous experience leading, supervising, or coordinating construction labor crews.
Proven ability to manage a team responsible for keep
