Bilingual Tree Care Specialist / Crew Representative SF/Bay Area

We are an established, high-end residential/commercial tree care company looking for a sharp, dependable, and fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) team member to join our field crew immediately.

Whether you are an experienced Climber/Foreman ready to lead on-site or a sharp, hardworking Ground Worker/Liaison with basic tree or landscaping experience, we want to hear from you.

The Role

You will serve as a vital link on our 3-person crews—ensuring smooth daily operations and clear communication between our Spanish-speaking field team, Arborist Representatives, and English-speaking customers.

**For Experienced Foremen/Climbers (preferred):**
Lead real-time site strategy, execution, and crew safety while serving as the primary customer point of contact on-site.

**For Entry/Mid-Level Crew Reps:**
Assist with ground operations, understand daily work orders, follow direction, and serve as the main translator and customer communicator on the job site.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required for daily safety and customer communication).
• Experience: Prior tree care or landscaping experience preferred, but we will consider training the right, sharp individual who brings a great work ethic.
