We are seeking a highly qualified, detail-oriented Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor with 5–10 years of warehouse operations experience and proven leadership with the ability to motivate and manage warehouse teams for one of the best companies in South Florida.
This individual will supervise multiple warehouses and oversee multiple warehouse operations while maintaining inventory across multiple online sales platforms. Essential Responsibilities:
· Supervise multiple warehouses and oversee multiple warehouse operations.
· Lead, train, mentor, coach, and motivate warehouse employees across multiple locations.
· Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and productivity across all warehouse locations.
· Maintain inventory across SPPB, Chairish, 1stDibs, and related inventory management systems.
· Generate, access, analyze, and distribute inventory, sales, shipping, and operational reports.
· Ensure all warehouse locations remain organized, efficient, safe, and client-ready at all times.
· Maintain a "Pride of Place" by keeping warehouses clean, organized, and prepared for scheduled or surprise client visits.
· Provide employees with the tools, equipment, lighting, break areas, and resources they need to succeed.
· Think ahead, identify potential problems, and resolve them before they impact operations.
· Enforce company policies, workplace safety standards, and OSHA compliance.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
· 5–10 years of warehouse operations experience.
· Proven leadership experience supervising multiple warehouse teams.
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
· Advanced computer proficiency with experience using SPPB, Chairish, 1stDibs, warehouse management systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
· Ability to generate, access, analyze, and communicate operational reports and inventory data.
· Experience with inventory control, shipping and receiving, warehouse management, and meeting productivity goals.
· Highly qualified and detail-oriented.
· Excellent organizational, scheduling, and time management skills.
· Task-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Demonstrated initiative and proactive problem-solving skills.
· Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
· Commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance.
· Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
Physical Requirements:
· Stand and walk for extended periods.
· Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
· Bend, squat, kneel, climb, and work in varying warehouse environments.
Schedule:
Full-time
7am to 4pm Dayshift with occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs require (40+ hours per week)
Compensation & Benefits:
Expected Pay: $27.00–$30.00++ per hour and up, based on experience and qualifications.
