  • Make sure work is being completed correctly and in the proper sequence
  • Maintain clean, safe, organized, and professional jobsites
  • Protect completed work and homeowner property
  • Take progress photos and document jobsite conditions
  • Help coordinate materials, deliveries, subcontractors, and upcoming work
  • Review plans, scopes, and punch lists
  • Perform minor construction work or labor when needed to keep projects moving

  • Able to recognize poor workmanship and hold subcontractors accountable
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple jobsites
  • Dependable, proactive, and construction-minded

  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Reliable transportation required

Our projects include:

  • Whole-home renovations
  • Higher-end and luxury renovations
  • Investment property renovations

Projects are located throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

There is also room for this position to grow into more responsibility including scheduling, material coordination, client communication, estimating, budgeting, subcontractor management, and full project management.
