We are hiring for a hybrid role of project manager/site lead as we take on more projects in the coming years. Applicants should have a minimum of two years experience in a project management role, in addition to four years minimum experience in full time residential construction.

Duties to include:

-client interface
-scheduling and coordinating subcontractors
-material take off and pricing research
-running all on site operations
-”bags on” lead carpentry
-driving around getting things done doing bossperson stuff

Compensation:
$38-$45/hr depending on experience
