About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Blade Operator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in fine grading, site preparation, and earthwork projects while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
-Operating motor graders for fine grading, roadwork, and site preparation
-Reading plans, grade stakes, and project specifications
-Performing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
-Working closely with foremen and crew members to complete project tasks
-Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on site
-Assisting with general labor duties as needed

Qualifications
-3+ years of motor grader (blade) operating experience
-Experience with fine grading, site development, and road construction preferred
-Ability to read plans and understand grade stakes
-Knowledge of grading techniques and safe equipment operation
-Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
-Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
