BLADE OPERATOR

Hiring for a blade operator doing commercial, subdivision, and sitework around the Treasure Valley area

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS:

Prior experience operating a blade required
Knowledge of GPS systems a plus
Excavator operator experience a plus
Dozer operator experience a plus
Hold a valid CDL license
Be able to show up to work on time
Be able to work in a high paced environment around/near heavy equipment and dump trucks
Have a good and positive attitude with others on our team
Be respectful and responsive to job instructions

BENEFITS:

Health/Vision/Dental after 60 days of employment (50% premium match for employees + family)

PAY:

Hourly pay rate is DOE (call to discuss)
Biweekly pay schedule
Holiday pay after 60 days of employment
