Allure Window Treatments is a growing company specializing in the installation of shades, blinds, motorized window treatments, and draperies for residential clients. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Installer to join our team for an immediate opening.

We are looking for a candidate with either:

Prior experience installing shades, blinds, draperies, or other window treatments, or
A minimum of 3 years of construction experience

This position is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career and grow into a Lead Installer role!

Key Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and ability to report to work independently
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Capable of serving as an effective liaison between clients and the office
• Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative and get the job done

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay ( $18-$25 if you are a rock star already! )
