Boat Detailer

Northstar Marine Group is one of Northeast Florida's largest and most established boat detailing companies. We have a stable and growing client base of over 100 vessels and are currently seeking a full-time boat/yacht detailer. In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for transforming boats into pristine works of art, ensuring every vessel shines and meets our high standards. Your attention to detail and dedication will help create memorable experiences for our customers, making their time on the water even more enjoyable. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in detailing, cleaning, and customer service within a vibrant marine environment.
This is a mobile position, with the majority of work located in the Jacksonville and St. Augustine areas.
Qualifications

Valid drivers license and dependable transportation

Must have a clean background
Punctual, hardworking and able to maintain positive working relationships with others
Experience
Previous experience is a plus but not required. We provide training and will equip the right candidate with the skills needed to become successful with this position as a boat detailer.
Job Responsibilities
Washing and cleaning boats
Compounding and waxing surfaces
Assisting with boat deliveries
Supporting general boat and yacht maintenance
Compensation & Classification
$17-$25 per hour, based on experience
