Body Shop Foreman

Busy, family owned auto body seeking a body shop foreman overseeing daily operations in a collision body shop. Main duties will be to run operations on the floor helping technicians and report to management.

Duties:

Provide guidance on repairs.
Assist estimator in hidden damage and work with supplements
Check that parts are correct and undamaged
Repair and refinish vehicles as needed
Write estimates when estimator is out

Skills:

Tear down and reassemble vehicles
Attention to detail
Ability to make decisions and problem solve
Ability to read estimates
Own tools
Refinishing as needed
Be willing to learn

Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Starting pay dependent on experience.
