Bodyman, classic cat tech

Im looking for a old school bodyman who can do extensive bondo work. Must know how to shape contours, long block primer to find imperfections. Please do not apply if you have never shapped and blocked a whole car. This isn't a position where a parts exchanger who fixed a couple small dents can survive in. Must have 10 years experience in a autobody shop and a reliable vehicle. At the moment im working in a 10,000sq ft shop in a residential farm neighborhood on 2 acres. Ill be moving in September to historic downtown phoenix in a new property i just bought. Some people don't like working for people who work out of their house so just wanted to out that out there in case thats a deal breaker.
