Branch 2 & 3 Pest Control Technician

Top Flight Termite and Pest Control is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Branch 2 & 3 Pest Control Technician to join our team!

This position will be primarily focused on general pest control, including residential pest services, recurring maintenance, inspections, treatments, and customer care.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, knowledgeable, professional with customers, and wants the opportunity to grow with a locally owned company.

What You'll Do

Perform residential general pest control services

Complete recurring pest control services and treatments
Identify pest activity and conducive conditions
Recommend appropriate treatment and prevention options
Communicate with customers and answer pest-related questions
Maintain accurate service records and documentation
Properly apply products according to labels and California regulations
Maintain a clean and professional work environment
Assist with termite inspections or treatments occasionally, as needed
Occasional termite-related wood repair assistance may be available based on experience

What We're Looking For

Current California Branch 2 Field Representative license required
Branch 3 license strongly preferred
General pest control experience preferred
Knowledge of common Southern California pests and treatment methods
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Termite inspection, treatment, or repair experience is a plus
