Top Flight Termite Control is seeking an experienced Branch 3 Inspector to help us continue building one of San Diego's termite companies.
We are looking for a professional who takes pride in providing thorough inspections, accurate reports, and outstanding customer service. This position is ideal for an inspector who wants to be part of a growing company where their experience and contributions are valued.
Responsibilities:
Perform residential and commercial termite inspections
Prepare clear, accurate, and compliant termite reports, same-day reports
Identify termite activity, fungus damage, and conditions conducive to infestation
Communicate findings and recommendations to homeowners, agents, escrow officers, and property managers
Maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners
Manage daily inspections efficiently
Qualifications:
Current California Branch 3 Field Representative License required
Previous termite inspection experience preferred
Strong knowledge of California WDO reporting requirements
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Self-motivated and organized
