• Must have a valid license & reliable vehicle
• Spanish Bilingual
• Can’t be afraid of heights
• Will work on scaffolding
• Must be able to lift 55 pounds
• Build Scaffolding, Forklift, Other, brick, Stucco

Drywall Repairs, carpentry skills

• Must be able to work in Philadelphia, PA; South Jersey– Commercial jobs
• First day must have a tape measure
