Brick & Mason Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Brick & Mason Foreman to lead masonry crews and oversee commercial masonry projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in brick and block construction, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
This is a year-round position involving both indoor and outdoor work on a variety of projects. A company vehicle is provided for transportation to and from job sites. A valid driver’s license is required.
Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate masonry crews performing brick and block work.
• Plan daily work activities and assign manpower to maintain productivity and meet project schedules.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and tools required for each phase of work.
• Review project drawings and specifications and ensure work is completed accordingly.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
• Enforce company safety policies, participate in safety meetings, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly operated, maintained, and stored.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, customers, and crew members.
• Identify job-site issues and coordinate solutions to keep projects moving efficiently.
• Manage company vehicle use and job-site transportation as required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in commercial brick and block masonry.
• Previous foreman or masonry crew leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage crews, materials, equipment, and schedules.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and productivity.
• Ability to work year-round in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
