Responsibilities:

Operate a buckhoist to transport workers, tools, and materials.
Perform daily inspections and report safety or mechanical issues.
Follow all site safety procedures and load limits.
Communicate with crews and supervisors.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements:

Previous hoist or construction equipment experience preferred.
Strong attention to safety and communication skills.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
