Builder / Contractor / Carpenter

Minnesota’s leading provider of 3 season living spaces seeks a skilled builder/carpenter to lead our entry into the deck and roof structure space. Sunspace manufacturers a variety of windows, doors, screen systems and wall units to fill spans between posts or framed openings. Our clients often have existing decks that need repair, rebuild or additional footings. Many clients are starting from scratch and need new decks or slabs with frost protection. We work throughout the state of MN. We will use our own crew for jobs local to our physical locations and we’ll manage subcontractors for more remote projects. Locations are primarily the Twin Cities and Brainerd Lakes region. Responsibilities will include; deck design, pavilion style post or framed structure design, permit applications, site carpentry, project management, crew management and subcontractor management. This is a full time position of employment. We do not seek an independent contractor unless your time will be exclusive to our projects. This position is available immediately.
