Building Inspectors Needed – Residential & Commercial, Contract

Looking for 3 Building Inspectors for a long-term contract opportunity.

Building Inspector II – Residential (2 openings)

Performs primarily residential inspections (structural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing) for code compliance.
Must Have: ICC B1 Certification
Preferred: 2+ years residential inspection experience; large tract/production housing experience a plus; comfortable with fully electronic, paperless inspection workflow.

Building Inspector III – Commercial/Industrial (1 opening)

Performs advanced journeyman-level inspections of commercial and industrial structures for code compliance.
Must Have: ICC B2 Certification
Preferred: 3+ years commercial/industrial inspection and construction experience; data center/industrial campus experience a plus; comfortable with fully electronic, paperless inspection workflow.

Schedule: Full-time. Summer hours 5:30 AM–2:00 PM (through October); Winter hours 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (beginning October 12).
Contract Length: 1 year, with strong potential to extend based on performance.
Pay: DOE — all-inclusive rate (no separate mileage/vehicle reimbursement — factor that into your rate)

Additional Requirements (both roles):

Must provide own reliable vehicle (2WD fine — no 4WD needed)

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
PPE, phone, and IT/iPad hardware provided by the client
