Construction management company has opening for building repair, maintenance and remodeling professional who has all the tools a maintenance and remodeling pro should have plus a reliable professional looking work truck.
Must demonstrate abilities of a Master Carpenter, and be able to work quickly as a master pro would. Skills required include:
Building maintenance and remodeling carpentry. Master level framing and trim carpenter
Master level Painting and finishing
Professional drywall installation and taping
Exterior maintenance repair.

To qualify for this career position, you must have actual master level building maintenance and repair skills. You also need every possible tool a true master maintenance technician would have.
