3-4 Month Assignment - Opportunity to Become Permanent

WE ARE HIRING NOW and looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Technician / Handyman for a commercial building in Phoenix.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Minor plumbing repairs and leaks

Basic electrical and lighting repairs
Replacing light bulbs
Door and hardware repairs
Caulking, sealing, and minor tile repairs
Completing general maintenance work orders
Using a computer to review work orders

You do not need to be a licensed electrician or plumber. More complex repairs will be escalated to the Building Engineer.

REQUIREMENTS:

Previous building maintenance or handyman experience

Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
Comfortable using hand and power tools
Basic computer skills
Dependable and able to work independently

PAY: $27.00/HOUR

This is a 3-4 month temporary position with the opportunity to become a permanent full-time employee for the right candidate.
