We are hiring a **hands-on Building Maintenance Technician** for a stable, long-term position maintaining **high-profile luxury auto dealership facilities** in the Austin / Northwest Austin area.

This is not a desk job and not a management-only role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on their tools, taking ownership of a building, keeping things running, and being the go-to person on site.

You will be one of two maintenance technicians supporting the property, with this role serving as the **lead technician on site**.

**What You’ll Be Doing:**

• General building and facilities maintenance
• Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and repair work
• Preventive maintenance and service requests
• Troubleshooting building issues and keeping the property operating smoothly
• Working in a clean, professional, high-profile environment
• Taking ownership of the facility and making sure things are done right
