Cabinet Assembler - Factory Production – START ASAP

Calista Cabinets – Luxury Manufacturing (Clearwater)

We are hiring cabinet assemblers and production workers for our in-house manufacturing facility.

This is NOT a typical shop job.

We build fully custom, high-end cabinetry — every part is labeled, precise, and built to spec.

🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO
Assemble frameless cabinet boxes (Euro style)
Install hardware, hinges, drawer systems
Read cut lists / labels and follow production workflow
Sand, prep, and assist finishing team (if needed)
Load/unload materials and support shop operations

💰 PAY
$18–$25/hr based on experience
Weekly pay
Overtime available
Growth into lead / CNC / finishing roles

✅ REQUIREMENTS (READ BEFORE APPLYING)
Experience with cabinet assembly or woodworking preferred
Must be detail-oriented (this is precision work)
Must show up ON TIME every day
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
