  • Inspect your work throughout the process to ensure excellent fit, finish, and overall quality.
  • Identify problems or discrepancies early and communicate them with the Cabinet Shop Manager.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, efficient, and safe shop and jobsite.
  • Work collaboratively with our cabinet, design, production, and field teams.
What We’re Looking For
  • Cabinetmaking, woodworking, finish carpentry, or related experience.
  • Knowledge of cabinet fabrication, assembly, installation, painting, and finishing.
  • Ability to read cabinet drawings and accurately measure and work from dimensions.
  • Experience with woodworking tools, machinery, and finishing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality craftsmanship.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Physical Requirements
This position requires regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive hand use, as well as lifting and carrying materials and cabinetry. Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally handle heavier items with assistance.
Schedule: Full-Time
Location: Willamette Valley
